A summary

Teen Gym Pass – Summer Holiday Access As part of your Teen Gym Pass, you will have access to gym. On your first visit, you must attend a mandatory induction to learn how to use the gym safely and effectively. please contact the sports centre directly to arrange this. Once you have completed your induction, you are welcome to attend the sports centre at any time between 06:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Summer Holiday Access Dates: ✔ Week days from Monday 20th July - Friday 28th August Instructors will be on hand to support you with your workouts, offer guidance on equipment, and help you make the most of your fitness sessions Important Notes: Groups of 4 or more will not be permitted access – exercising in smaller groups is encouraged to help you stay on track with your fitness goals.
