A summary
All the family are welcome to come along to the Tytherington Family Fun Day on Thursday 20th August. Taking place at Tytherington Park, GL12 8UX, 12-3pm. Activities include inflatables, circus skills, music, festival face paint, and temporary tattoos, BBQ and more! Funded tickets are available for children in school (4 to 18 years) who receive South Gloucestershire benefit related free school meals. (Funded by South Gloucestershire HAF) The funded tickets will allow the child to receive a free burger or hot dog (vegetarian options will also be available) and selected free activities. Tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. To book a funded ticket the children need to be attending a school in South Gloucestershire and receive benefit related free school meals (not universal free school meals that all children get in KS1) You can collect your ticket on the day from the registration desk. If your child does not receive free school meals from a South Gloucestershire school please do not book a free ticket. You can just come along and for many of the activities there is just a small cost of £1-£2. You do not have to live in Tytherington to come along! Krunch South West
Helping young people reach their potential!
Krunch South West is local youth charity experienced in running all kinds of activities for young people. We have been running HAF provision in South Gloucestershire for 10 - 16 year olds for several years. We have a team of trained and friendly youth workers ready to welcome your child and help them to feel at home and offer whatever support is needed to help them engage in the activities. Activities include: cooking, creative arts/crafts, bushcraft/forest activities, sports, table tennis etc. We also run adventurous trips such as Ninja Warrior, watersports, Airhop, Archery tag etc. All young people who come to our HAF activities give us a glowing report and all say they would like to come again! Our bespoke venue - The Pod - is a converted shipping container next to Thornbury Skate park, perfect for young people to hang out, grab a drink or snack and chill with friends. Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.
