Calling all Fun Detectives! Come and help us solve this Exciting Whodunnit Mystery!!
Reveal the mystery of the missing cookies in this exciting, fun and engaging investigative activity.
Children will earn their Detective Badges by investigating the evidence around them, interviewing suspects, making their observations in their Detective Case Book and drawing their own conclusions using two techniques we will learn on the day.
This hands-on immersive and device free experience will help children to develop their confidence, problem solving skills and learn new words. They will look for Clues by Analysing Fingerprints and studying the evidence at the scene. Children will even get to make their very own edible blood to take home!
Fingerprints
Children will learn about the three types of fingerprints and then analyse their own fingerprint as well as a friend's. They will also be able to share some cool fun facts about fingerprints with Mums and Dads at home!
Edible Fake Blood
Children will learn the different properties of blood as they make their very own edible fake blood.
Grazing snacks for children.
Parents are not permitted to attend. The workshop is fully supervised so parents can leave their child. There is a waiting area, should parents wish to wait.
We empower and encourage children to do as much as they can themselves!
