tREe CONNECTION - One day workshop and art retreat for women
Meet the king of the woods

This retreat will be held in a woodland which is off road and offgrid.
◇ There will be an intimate group of women gathered around a hearth set in an Iron Age Forge in a beautiful bluebell woodland near Forest Row, Sussex.
》Please bring warm clothes/ a blanket for being outside.
》Wear sturdy outdoor footwear for crossing fields.
》Tea and art materials are included, please bring a pack lunch.

9:30am - 4pm
Please arrive on time so to be led across fields together to the woods...
We will start the morning with a sharing around the hearth in a circle of women and then go out to meet the land and the King of the woods, the Oak tree.
We will connect with the oak tree through forest bathing, singing, journaling.
After lunch and inspired by the morning's experiences, Karina will guide the group through drawing and each creating a simple but personal visionary painting using natural inks.
We will finish with a final sharing circle to reflect on and close the day.
