What we'll do
Timperley Boxing's holiday club takes place in our purpose built gym that has great facilities. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends, get fit and have fun. We are an inclusive club and SEN children are welcome. The club is 10-12 or 12-2, we do one hour of boxing training basics including skipping, footwork, balance, posture. The second hour we will do various other activities, darts, team games using other equipment, races on the rowing machine, tug of war, we have a badmington racket and we also have access to the pitches outside where we can play other games. Towards the end of the session the children will have lunch. Drinks and snacks are also provided throughout the session. No equipment is needed
