Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or your child cannot attend, please contact us and cancel your booking on EEQU as soon as possible so the space can be offered to another family. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage places fairly for all families. We aim to create a fun, safe and positive environment where every child can enjoy taking part. We expect all children to show kindness, respect and teamwork towards others. Our coaches will always use encouragement and positive reinforcement first, but if behaviour becomes unsafe or repeatedly disruptive, we may contact parents or carers to discuss next steps. We want every child to feel valued and supported — our goal is for everyone to leave with a smile and great memories.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
