Thornbury Skate Fest Funded Activity Ticket

Thornbury Skate Fest is a family friendly event with loads of fun activities, including a coconut shy, rodeo bull, inflatable star slide, circus skills, bushcraft, T-shirt art, glitter tattoos and carnival face paint, climbing wall, Wrens Birds of Prey, and more, as well as a BBQ. The skate comp will also be taking place with pro-rider demos and workshops. Note that as this is family event young people should be supervised by an adult. This is not a session where you drop them off and leave them with youth workers! Funded tickets available for young people in school year 4 and over, who receive South Gloucestershire benefit related free school meals. (Funded by South Gloucestershire HAF) The funded ticket will enable each young person to have a free go on some of the activities and also a free hot dog or burger (vegetarian options will also be available). The ticket must be used between 2 and 4pm. You can collect your ticket on the day from the registration desk. To book a funded ticket the children need to be attending a school in South Gloucestershire and receive benefit related free school meals (not universal free school meals that all children get in KS1). If your child does not receive free school meals from a South Gloucestershire school please do not book a free ticket. You can just come along and for many of the Krunch run activities there is just a small cost of £1-£3. This is not a ticket to give you entry into the Skate Comp.
