Free Play: time to get familiar with the space & explore the equipment Workout: Coach led workout with a warm up game, strength or skill element, a sweaty workout & a cool down stretch Lunch: post workout fuel! Dietry requirements catered for* Enrichment: an hour of wind down & chance to explore alternative provisions such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation & a soothing sound bath (provided by Kokoro Wellness) Activities/Crafts/Games: Planned crafts & activities to help develop knowledge surrounding sport, nutrition, exercise & more (see activity schedule) More Free Play: a final chance to explore the gym & build connections with new friends before heading home

Health | Fitness | Lifestyle
We are a privately owned & run functional fitness facility in the heart of Oldham. We are based close to the centre of Oldham, very close to transport links. Our gym aims to make aspects of Health, Fitness & Lifestyle improvements accessible to all. We hope to be a hub of the community, and already have an outstanding community growing within. We have regular classes for all ages, abilities & fitness levels and are already running our own weekly provisions for 6-16 year olds that teaches them the foundations for being fit and healthy in a fun & enjoyable way
What you need to know:
Children/Young people in attendance need to wear comfortable clothing they can move freely in. They may want to bring a water bottle, however, water will be provided. All workouts & activities will be adaptable & scaleable to suit all children/young people's needs.
