A summary
What is a hydro-dip?
How can you create tie-dye in seconds?
These questions and much more will be answered in my one-off experience!
I will be offering an amazing and affordable opportunity for you to make a piece of art in a special 1-hour workshop. This session is designed to get your creative juices flowing and also highlight some fun scientific facts and experiments with pressurised paints. This experience was first created for the Brighton Science Festival and completely sold out! Parents can do this with their children, grown-ups are encouraged to take part too, such as groups of friends.
You will learn:
- Health and safety with a spray can.
- Some tricks and experiments to amaze your friends and family.
- To create a stunning original layered artwork using freehand and stencils, which you get to take home with you.
- If you are bringing an adult- you can teach them not to overthink their artwork!
SOME HOUSEKEEPING!!
1- Bring a white or light coloured T shirt for your tye-dye experiment
2- DO NOT wear your best clothes- the paint doesnt come off (in the unlikely event you do paint yourself!)
3- If parents want to stay to observe, please be aware that space is limited.
PS-Once you book with me I will give you my phone number by message for emergencies.
PPS- the slot is one hour and 15 mins for health & safety training and experiments- So please be prompt! If you miss your health & safety training you will not be able to do the workshop. There is ten minutes at the4 end for photos and evaluation of all the work together
This workshop is in an indoor setting in the heart of Brighton for convenience. The experience is for adults and young people alike
Looking forward to meeting you!

I'm an award-winning Street Artist and Inclusive Arts, Practitioner. I love working with young people in order to free their creative potential. I have worked with over 700 young people to date, and pride myself in creating a safe, inspiring and most of all FUN environment for young people to flourish and grow. I was recently awarded a Points of Light recognition from The Prime Minister for my charitable work and my specially designed spraypainting workshops. You now have the opportunity to take part in my classes which I've decided to roll out in the area due to popular demand. I have a First Class Masters in Inclusive Arts and am specially trained and very experienced working with people who have special needs and disabilities too. I have extensive experience in working with hard to reach and marginalised teenagers, therefore my spraypainting experiences are especially engaging- no matter what issues a young person may have. My public mural commissions and collaborative arts projects can be seen in Brighton, Hastings & Bognor Regis. https://www.pointsoflight.gov.uk/u-can-spray/ I also offer Bronze & Silver Arts Awards including working with young people with special needs and disabilities.
