A summary
A relaxed opportunity to discuss on a one-to-one or group basis via Teams any new or ongoing parenting subjects. These sessions are designed for all current parents who attend any Family Hub Stay & Play in Wolverhampton. Practitioners Liz & Bonnie will be delivering these sessions. Topics discussed can include: - Toileting - Child care options available via Child Care Choices - Developmental ages & stages - Positive Oral Health - School Readiness including: positive routines, sleep concerns, supporting independence.

Supporting families in Wolverhampton
Stay & Plays help to supports children's play, which is important for a child’s wellbeing and promotes healthy development and social skills. Stay & Plays provides children with opportunities to have fun exploring and experimenting with a variety of toys and to engage in activities in a safe environment. By attending sessions parents are able to gain advise and support from practitioners and peers regarding their children learning and development at an early stage. Children’s speech and language development can be supported through conversation, stories and rhymes while attending. Stay & Play sessions also support parents in becoming their child’s first educator.
Additional Information
These sessions will be delivered online or on a one-to-one basis for parents who attend any stay & play sessions within the family hubs in Wolverhampton.
