What we'll do
A day full of fun, laughter and memory making. We will start at 11am signing everyone in as they arrive- then straight into the activity of the day! Music, dancing, games and fun- children will be encouraging their adults to join in too! We will all enjoy a hot lunch and pudding together around 1pm. Followed by more more music, dancing, games and fun... maybe even a visit from Santa! Drinks and healthy snacks will be available throughout the activity. All children must be accompanied by an adult who stay in the building throughout the activity. Please note- Adult spaces are limited due to space available in the building.

The Lookout Community Hub
Building community in West Carlisle
We are The Lookout Community Hub (Carlisle West) who work with local churches (St Barnabas- Raffles and St Lukes- Morton) with a shared goal to strengthen our community through support, opportunities and respect by providing fun, welcoming activities aimed at children and families.
Booking requirements
All children must be accompanied by an adult- Adult spaces are limited per family. Please make a note of children you will be accompanying when booking, or look out for an email asking for this information before we can confirm spaces. We can accommodate younger children on our activities in Carlisle- Please email us to let us know how many younger siblings will be coming along so we can ensure space is available.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If there is repeated non-attendance without cancelling places or communication with us, future bookings may be cancelled- please contact us to discuss any issues.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
