What makes a Forest School feel like home? In this interactive session, we’ll explore how culture is built through connection — not just with nature, but with each other. From morning welcomes to shared meals, mascots to meaningful rituals, we’ll look at how small acts of care create powerful ecosystems of belonging.
This workshop invites educators and leaders to reflect on their own cultural practices and co-create new ones. We’ll share examples from Kinda Education’s work in Suffolk, including how visual identity, relational policies, and community voice shape inclusive, emotionally intelligent environments. Expect storytelling, practical tools, and a renewed sense of what it means to facilitate from the heart.
