What we'll do
Come and Enjoy Our Facilities – Something for Everyone! Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to enjoy our facilities and get active! Whether you're diving into the pool, picking up a racket, or hitting the gym – there’s something for everyone at the Rainbow Centre. Here’s what’s on offer: Swimming – 1:00pm to 5:00pm (on the hour, subject to availability) Squash – 12:00pm to 5:00pm (on the hour, subject to availability) Badminton & Table Tennis– 12:00pm to 4:00pm It’s the perfect chance to try something new, stay active, and have fun. And what’s more – when you’ve worked up an appetite, you can grab a free grab bag to refuel!

Through Holiday Activity Camps, young people can access a variety of fun and structured sessions that promote physical wellbeing and social development. From multisport camps, swimming lessons and fun family swim times to high-energy inflatable pool sessions, there’s something for every confidence level. Teens can also take part in gym-based sessions designed specifically for youth, as well as football activities that encourage teamwork, fitness, and fun.
