A summary

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a safe and supportive mentoring space designed specifically for young people aged 11–16. Each session includes guided group discussions, confidence-building activities and practical tools to help develop resilience, self-belief and positive decision-making.

This is a space where teens can talk openly, build stronger friendships, develop leadership qualities and gain support with everyday challenges in a respectful and encouraging environment.

Mentoring & Team Building

This mentoring group supports young people aged 11–16 to develop confidence, resilience and strong communication skills. Sessions include guided discussions, practical confidence-building exercises and structured team-building activities designed to encourage leadership, cooperation and problem-solving. Where appropriate and weather permitting, outdoor team challenges may also be included to build trust, teamwork and positive peer connections.

Something Positive Solutions

Kids Positivity Klub is a nurturing wellbeing programme dedicated to growing confident, kind young minds. We provide a safe, inclusive space where children can build self-belief, emotional resilience and positive friendships through creative activities, mindfulness, arts and crafts, positive language and confidence-building exercises. Our sessions support children to express themselves, develop coping skills and feel proud of who they are, helping them build strong foundations for a bright and positive future.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Young peoplewill develop increased self-confidence and the ability to communicate their thoughts and feelings clearly and respectfully.

Aim 2

Young people will build resillence and learn practical strategies to manage challenges, peer pressure and everyday stress.
