Our Teen HAF programme runs throughout the school holidays, providing young people with a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment where they can stay active, socialise with friends and experience new opportunities.
Designed specifically for young people aged 11–16 years, Teen HAF offers a varied timetable of sports, games and enrichment activities to ensure there is something for everyone. Whether participants enjoy football, multi-sports, team challenges, gaming activities, creative workshops or indoor enrichment sessions, each day provides opportunities to try something new, develop skills and build confidence.
The programme is built around fun and engaging themes to keep activities fresh, exciting and relevant to the interests of young people. Alongside physical activity, participants will also develop important life skills including teamwork, communication, leadership, problem-solving and resilience through a range of interactive experiences.
As part of the programme, all participants will receive healthy snacks, drinks and a hot meal each day, ensuring they remain fuelled and ready to enjoy the wide variety of activities on offer.
Delivered by our experienced and supportive staff, Teen HAF provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where young people can remain active, make new friends and enjoy their school holidays in a positive and supportive setting.
