A summary

Join us for a lovely swim at the Saltdean Lido. Priority bookings will be given to young people who regularly attend youth clubs or holiday clubs with the Trust for Developing Communities. Our term time youth clubs run from Whitehawk Family Hub, Woodingdean Youth Centre, 67 Centre in Moulsecoomb and Old Boat Community Centre in Hollingbury. Our holiday sessions are 29th July - 23rd August and run from Whitehawk Family Hub, Woodingdean Youth Centre, 67 Centre in Moulsecoomb and Old Boat Community Centre in Hollingbury. How to get there

Youth workers will meet young people by the bus stop opposite the Sea Life Centre, Brighton to catch the bus number 27 to Chichester Drive West, Saltdean we will meet at 1pm and should be at Saltdean Lido around 1.45 - 2pm. We will catch the bus home about 4pm back to the Sea Life Centre for around 4.30pm. Please let us know if your young person wants to travel with us. Young people are welcome to make their own way to Saltdean Lido. there area number of busses that travel along the coast road and stop by the Lido. These include number 27, 27 C, 12 , 12x and 14. If you are arriving by car, there is parking on nearby streets on in Saltdean Oval If you are travelling independently then you can meet us to collect your ticket any time from 2pm

The Trust for Developing Communities tackles inequality in Brighton & Hove. We work with communities facing poverty and exclusion, bringing people together to take action and deliver community-led solutions. TDC is the lead Youth Work provider in the North and East of Brighton, on behalf of Brighton & Hove City Council’ Youth Grants Programme. All of our Youth Sessions are open to young people aged 11+. We are Inclusive of everyone and offer a safe space for everyone to join in our sessions. We aim to be proactive in supporting young people to join in.
