We are accessible to all, and the club fosters a sense of belonging and personal growth. Staff and volunteers create a supportive space for expression, friendship, and constructive activities, while regular events and outings broaden horizons.
Tarner Youth Club is a vital resource that empowers young people, builds confidence, and prepares them for the future.
A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council:
• Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
• Limits on bookings – Over Summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city with a maximum of one session per day. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
