In these sessions, we will be covering all the core skills of rugby and how we can coach you to reach your true potential. All sessions will be individually beneifical as well as supporting your team mates with using the core values of the game.
There will be a lot of fun and active games to facilitate the player's learning. We use skill zones to give extra support to the group and really focus on the detail of the skills.
We thrive on our sessions being unconventional from other rugby training that most players would have done.
