HALTON SEND PARENT CARERS FORUM - SEND YOUTH NEEDS CLUB (SYNC)

A summary
Our children matter and at HSPCF - SYNC our goal is to make sure that everyone with SEND feels included and valued as an important part of our community. Through our activities we focus on helping individuals develop personal and independent skills, whilst also having fun and socializing. This creates opportunities to build lasting friendships and has a positive impact on mental and emotional well-being. The provision will provide free, inclusive activity sessions for young people aged 10–18 with SEND in Halton, giving them safe, enjoyable opportunities to socialise, learn, and build confidence. By offering structured activities and a free meal, the sessions will reduce isolation, support emotional wellbeing, and ease financial pressure on vulnerable families. Young people will develop friendships, improve their social skills, and feel more connected to their community.
