What we'll do
NEW THIS YEAR - SWITCH UP SECONDARY HAF... Aimed at young people of secondary school age, these sessions provide a wider range of activities suitable for the interests and tastes of this older age group - in addition to Boxing, Multi-Sports, we are also introducing Music Production, Dance and Drama, as well as learning new skills in Cooking and making your pocket money go further. We will also be running a Gaming Tournament so you can test your skills against each other, until finally the Switch Up Champion is crowned. We use tried and tested mentoring techniques along with fitness and activity to positively engage individuals and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. We deliver mentoring, counselling, accredited education, personal development workshops and employability training to support young people to take advantage of their opportunities.
