A summary

Come along and join the fun, where you will be involved in our sessions which could include hand paddle boats, kayaks and fun water based activities all under strict supervision This Camp is only suitable for children aged 8 to 14 yrs old and they must be able to swim unaided a minimum 25m and are confident in deep water The Camp starts at 9.00am with registration at the reception desk and then the fun will start at 9.30am and will finish at 1.30pm and this will include a healthy lunch Please visit www.Ipswichfit.co.uk if you are not eligible to attend HAF and to view our Camps to book and pay
