In our meeting we will discuss your current habits and goals and complete a questionnaire. We will encourage you to talk about all the reasons that brings you to us. We can also complete a simple test of Carbon Monoxide in order to determine your 'CO' levels.
This is a program to help you with your journey to stop smoking. I am really looking forward to helping you with your Health Goals to make a difference.
