What we'll do
This is a day of relaxation techniques and strategies to support well-being. We will be welcoming a Street Dance teacher to guide us through their own session, followed by some in-house yoga and journaling, so comfy clothing is advised. Join us for a day of positivity and understanding our own wellbeing and how to support it. Everyone will need to come with their zen focus and enjoy this chilled out day of positivity. This is a calm and focused day for all attendees. There will be break-out times to get some fresh air and a bit of a stretch outside plus a healthy meal at lunch time that has been prepared in our own kitchen. We have a staff ratio of 1:10 for our groups, meaning everyone is supported by a trained and experienced team member, who gets to know each young person really well.

Swan Youth Project aims to create high quality services that facilitate growth, development, aspiration and a positive sense of community for young people and their families. The engagement will enable service users to overcome disadvantage and have the confidence, strategies and support to make positive choices for their future and the wider community. Our Community Liaison, the Food Hub and the Shop allows us to reach out to a larger demographic, promoting cohesion and positivity.
