This session is for young people with Down syndrome to relax and recharge with friends. Activities will include listening to music, playing board games, indoor sports and enjoying a packed lunch with friends.
Feel free to join us at the Manor Road Gym from 12:30 - 15:30 for fun and more! Make sure to bring a packed lunch and a drink.
In addition to the fun-filled activities, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, make friends and create lasting memories. We encourage everyone to contribute to the fun and energy of the day.
We plan a fun session with a chance to learn new games, discover new music, and maybe even find a new favorite sport.
We're looking forward to seeing you all there, bright and eager. Don't forget to update your child/young persons profile on EEQU and answer the checkout questions to help us understand their needs.
