A summary

Join the Surrey Rams Winter Basketball Camp for two fun-filled days of sport, teamwork, and festive energy! Our experienced coaching team will lead exciting sessions in basketball, football, dodgeball, bench ball, and even nerf games — all designed to build confidence, coordination, and team spirit. We welcome children of all abilities and provide a regulation and sensory corner for those who need quiet moments to recharge. Each child will receive a nutritious lunch and a Winter Surrey Rams Take-Home Pack which includes the Winter Activity Booklet, creative challenges, and a food hamper to enjoy with their family over the holidays. All sessions are delivered by DBS-checked coaches in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, with SEND support available. The camp runs from 10:00–14:00 at Christ’s College, Guildford. Come ready to learn, play, and make memories with the Surrey Rams!

Surrey Rams Basketball Club CIC is one of the UK's largest basketball clubs, offering inclusive programs for boys aged 8 to 18, from beginners to elite players. We also provide sessions for men competing at the National Basketball League Senior Division 3 level. Our mission is to foster a fun and energetic environment that helps players develop and enhance their basketball skills, regardless of age, gender, or ability. Founded in 2010 by ex-professional player Coach Lekan Popoola, the club has grown into a vibrant community hub dedicated to personal growth, teamwork, and community engagement.

Everything You Need to Know Section 1: Daily Timetable 10:00 – 10:15 Arrival, registration, warm-up games 10:15 – 11:30 Basketball skills and team drills 11:30 – 12:15 Mixed games (football, dodgeball, bench ball, nerf) 12:15 – 12:45 Lunch break (healthy meal provided) 12:45 – 13:45 Team challenges and fun competitions 13:45 – 14:00 Cool down and reflection What to Bring Refillable water bottle Comfortable sportswear and trainers Any personal medication (inhalers, etc.) Lots of energy and a big smile All sports equipment is provided. Inclusion and SEND Support Surrey Rams welcomes children of all abilities. We offer a regulation and sensory zone, visual supports, and clear routines for children who may need quieter spaces or short breaks. Our coaches will speak with parents or carers in advance to understand individual needs and ensure a safe, positive experience for every participant.
