Join us for a fun-filled Summer Wellness Day where children, young people, and their families can embark on an exciting holiday adventure packed with sensory experiences, creativity, movement, friendship, and fun. Designed and delivered by experienced practitioners with extensive SEND knowledge, this inclusive and engaging session supports children's wellbeing, confidence, social development, and emotional resilience through play-based learning and positive experiences. It is a wonderful opportunity for families to spend quality time together, create lasting memories, and enjoy a summer adventure in a welcoming and supportive environment. Once booked you will be sent a time slot, to enjoy a calm sensory experience. What Makes This Day Special? Our Summer Wellness Day provides a safe, welcoming environment where children and families can: Build confidence and self-esteem Develop friendships and social connections Explore emotions and wellbeing through play Strengthen communication and teamwork Develop independence and decision-making skills Learn about personal safety, trusted adults, and healthy relationships through Protective Behaviours-informed activities Enjoy a fun and memorable holiday experience together Children are encouraged to participate in ways that suit their individual needs, interests, and abilities, helping them feel safe, valued, and successful throughout the day, while parents and carers can relax and enjoy the experience alongside them. We’re Going on a Summer Holiday Adventure! Pack your imagination and get ready for an exciting journey filled with seaside fun and magical discoveries. Activities include: Taking part in a themed Summer Holiday Adventure Exploring our immersive Under the Sea Sensory Room Meeting a magical mermaid Sensory beach and sand play experiences Making your own Sensory Ice Cream Summer-themed arts and crafts Beach games and active challenges Face painting Soft play and free play opportunities Sensory regulation and wellbeing activities throughout the day Families are welcome to explore activities together, encouraging shared experiences, confidence building, communication, and lots of summer fun. Supporting Wellbeing Through Play Every activity has been carefully planned to encourage children to develop confidence, creativity, communication, and emotional wellbeing. Through imaginative play, exploration, and positive interactions, children will have opportunities to build resilience, express themselves, and develop a stronger understanding of feelings and personal safety. Protective Behaviours principles are naturally woven throughout the day, supporting children to recognise trusted adults, understand their right to feel safe, and build healthy relationships in an age-appropriate and engaging way. Families can also reinforce these messages through shared activities and conversations throughout the session. A journey starts with one single step

Changing The Future was founded as a response to the real life lived experiences of the founder and managing director. The company is based upon supporting young people through their journey; raising aspirations and specialising in services for individuals who have experienced difficulties or trauma within their life. By offering specialist training to professionals members of the community offering alternative perspectives through the eyes of our youth mentors. Changing The Future offers a safe place; early help support and advocacy for individuals to be able to develop the mechanisms and skills needed in order to overcome personal difficulties and barriers.
