Cancellation policy
We require at least 24-hours notice for cancellation to ensure that children on the waiting list have the opportunity to participate in our Holiday Hub programme. Please remember that no-shows could prevent other children from benefitting from our Holiday Hub sessions if we think we are fully booked.
