A summary
We will spend the first two hours outside, either visiting the farm and helping to look after the animals and spending time in the garden, observing nature, growing plants and caring for environment, how to be safe making a fire etc.
We will then go in and have a snack. Then we will start handwork, following the waldorf curriculum each project leads and builds onto the next enhancing skills and confidence. The focus of the morning will be in cultivating a connection to nature and their surroundings and the empowerment that comes from using your hands.
After 12.15 will be French then painting with Anthea, (separate listing) pick up from 2.45 onwards.

Lifetime crafter, been a handwork teacher for 3 years, I'm a weaver and interested in natural fibres, sustainable materials. I'm a great believer in the power of crafting in supporting children's (and adults), will, dexterity, visual, mathematical development, as well as supporting mental health. The list goes on. There is also a lot of fun in the space created by handwork, to tell stories, jokes, feel safe and relaxed.
