Summer Fun for All - Crafts

Looking for a creative, relaxing, and completely free way to spend quality time together as a family this Summer? Join us at The Freedom Centre for a fun‑filled Family Craft Session, designed to bring children and adults together through imagination, hands‑on activities, and shared creativity. This session is perfect for families who enjoy making things, trying new artistic techniques, or simply spending time together in a friendly, welcoming environment.

During the session, families will have the chance to explore a variety of craft activities, from paper‑based creations and simple painting projects to more detailed makes that encourage teamwork and creativity. Whether your child loves cutting and sticking, decorating, designing, or experimenting with colours and textures, there will be something to spark every imagination. Our supportive team will be on hand throughout the session to guide you, offer ideas, and help bring your creations to life. No experience is needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in.

As part of our commitment to supporting families in Hull, all sessions are completely free of charge. To make the day even easier, lunch and a drink are included, so you can enjoy the activities without worrying about bringing food or supplies. All craft materials will be provided, from paints and pens to glue, paper, and decorative items. You simply turn up and enjoy the experience.
