Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Us
In the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Longtown Outdoor Learning reserves the right to reschedule the activity or provide an alternative activity. If this is not possible or acceptable to you, a full refund will be provided.
Minimum Numbers
We require a minimum number of participants to operate our Summer Adventure Days. If we do not reach the minimum number on any day, we reserve the right to cancel that day and offer you places on another day or provide a full refund. We will make this decision 48 hours before the day.
Cancellation By You
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating in your planned activity. In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we may accommodate other clients. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the activity date will not receive a refund.
• Cancellations made between 10 and 30 days prior to the activity date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the activity date will receive a full refund.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
