Summer Activity Sessions

Peach Care Services Ltd

A summary
Welcome to Peach Care Services' Summer Activities Sessions!
Our activity centre is transforming into a vibrant, inclusive, and low-pressure environment designed to help children with additional needs thrive.
Led by an experienced Early Years Teacher and our specially trained caregivers, your child will experience a variety of tailored, sensory-friendly activities to build confidence, make friends, and have fun. Here is exactly what they will get up to across our summer programme:
Multi-Sensory Music & Rhythm: We dive into sound with a piano, hands-on percussion instrument exploration, gentle vocal warm-ups, and high-energy group sing-alongs.
Confidence-Building Drama: Through expressive facial and body movement games, children explore their voices and acting skills in a fully supportive setting where everyone gets a chance to shine.
Creative Arts Studio: Your child will get hands-on with junk modelling, personalised bead bracelet-making, and canvas painting, so they can take home their own masterpieces.
Sensory Nature Exploration: We head outdoors for a relaxed, fully accessible scavenger hunt, followed by rock painting and creating beautiful leaf rubbings from the natural items we collect.
Every session is designed to be welcoming, adaptable, and focused entirely on empowering your child, giving you complete peace of mind while they play.

What to Bring & Parent Information
We want to make sure every child feels completely comfortable from the moment they arrive. Here is some helpful information for your visit:
What to wear: Please dress your child in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy (especially for our Arts & Crafts days!).
What to bring: A water bottle and any personal sensory aids, ear defenders, or comfort items your child usually relies on.
Our Environment: Our venue is fully accessible. We also maintain a dedicated "quiet zone" during every session, so if your child ever feels overwhelmed, there is a peaceful space ready for them to take a break.
Parents & Carers: You are more than welcome to stay for the first 10 minutes to help your child transition and settle into the space before the fun begins!
A Typical Session Breakdown (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
To help your child prepare for their visit, here is a general idea of how our 60-minute sessions flow:
2:00 PM - Welcome & Settle: A gentle, low-pressure start where children can arrive, explore the space, and meet our friendly team.
2:10 PM - Main Activity: We dive into our focused fun! Whether it is music, drama, art, or nature, this is where the magic happens. Children can participate at their own pace.
2:50 PM - Wind Down: We transition out of the main activity with gentle sensory calming exercises.
3:00 PM - Home Time: Parents collect their children (and their new masterpieces!).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that when caring for children with additional needs, plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To balance flexibility for our families with our strict, safe staffing requirements, our policy is as follows: Over 48 hours' notice: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your session to receive a full refund.Less than 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. Because we operate with specialised, low staff-to-child ratios, this policy ensures our specialist team are still compensated for the time they have committed to the session. Statutory Rights: Please note that because this booking is for a leisure activity on a specific date, the standard 14-day statutory cancellation period does not apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain entirely unaffected. Exceptional Circumstances: If your child cannot attend due to a sudden medical emergency, please message us directly through Eequ. While refunds within the 48-hour window are not generally available, our management team is always happy to review exceptional medical circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
