Strood Foundation Football - £2.50 In Partnership with Child friendly Medway Location - Strood Sports Centre Day - Friday Time - 5.00pm - 5.55pm Age - School Years 1 to 7 (ages 6–12) Cost - £2.50 (This includes the 3% EEQU admin charge) A structured football session designed to help children learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a supportive coach-led environment. Parents are required to stay. Perfect for: learning, confidence, teamwork, skill growth. Please make sure to book a ticket for the session - register will be taken on arrival The programme has already seen great success across a range of age groups, and we’re excited to continue offering it at Strood Sports Centre. First session: 16th January 2026

Our vision is to support everyone to be more active through sport, physical activity and physical education. Medway Sport deliver a wide range of sports participation and development activities, both within our sports centres at Medway Park, Strood, Hoo, Cozenton and at the Strand Outdoor Lido, and more widely within the community.
