Strong Girl Squad Holiday Club - Summer 2026 block mentored by Strong Girl Squad

When you arrive

When you arrive, a coach will meet you at the door and welcome you into our bright and beautiful studio. We'll do a few warmups and introductions to put everyone at ease, then we'll head down the Gym for our lifting session! We are committed to ensuring that all girls in our programme are taught to lift weights safely and effectively, and supported to feel confident in the gym space. No matter your age, size, shape, or level of ability, our all-girl coaching team will help you find your strength. Our sessions include all elements of strength and conditioning, and are designed to leave you safe, sweaty, and smiling! Then we head back to the studio for lunch. We know that you have to fuel your body right, and provide delicious home-cooked meals and yummy snacks prepared in fresh in our on-site kitchen everyday. Dietary requirements are catered for, and there is always a lovely pud. After lunch, the girls are invited to have a look at The Shop. In an effort to break down some of the material barriers that prevent girls from participating in their chosen sport, we collect donations of period gear and toiletries, as well as gently used sports bras, leggings, trainers and more. Each day, each girl is invited to take one thing she wants, and one thing she needs, completely free of charge. We have a well stocked lending library for books as well. Our afternoon concludes with an activity - this can be any variety of craft or creation, STEM challenges, playing games, putting on fashion shows, or just sitting with a new book. We sometimes have female guests come and teach new skills like Zumba and CPR! We are proud to offer a safe, friendly, comfortable, and above all FUN environment for girls to come and try new things, make new friends, eat new treats, discover new strengths, and be 100% themselves.

About your mentor

Strong Girl Squad

We help girls find their strength.

We are a group of female strength and conditioning coaches who have experienced for ourselves the mental and physical benefits of being strong and belonging to a gym community, and we would like to share that experience with young women who might not otherwise have the opportunity.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Girls will be given professional instruction in weightlifting and strength training, and always surprise themselves with how strong they really are!

Aim 2

Girls get to meet new people from different schools in a safe and non-judgmental environment, and some have found new best friends in our programme.

Aim 3

We strive to provide a safe, positive, and above all FUN environment for Girls to be 100% themselves.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start to receive a full refund.Free spaces are almost always sold out with a waiting list, so after two no-shows or late cancels, we reserve the right to cancel all subsequent bookings to allow someone from the waitlist an opportunity to attend.
