A summary

STRONG Boys is a targeted programme designed to support boys aged 11–17 to build confidence, emotional resilience, and positive identity through structured physical activity, male role modelling, and guided wellbeing support.

The strand tackles the challenges many boys face around anger, confidence, social pressures, masculinity, and lack of safe spaces to express emotions. STRONG Boys helps young men channel their energy positively, build healthy habits, and form supportive friendships—reducing the pull toward negative pathways.
