What we'll do
To begin with we will play a warm up game, if approriate, before doung dynamic, moving stretches to prepare for exercise. We will then be using a variety of weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to build strength and improve muscular endurance. You will complete a set number of repetitions at a specific exercise before resting and repeating a few times before moving on to the next exercise. You will continue until all exercises have been completed the specified number of times. We will then end with some static stretches to prepare your body for rest.

I have previously worked as a primary school teacher and have a degree in psychology. I tried to use both these skill sets to support my work as a fitness coach, personal trainer and exercise referral instructor.
