A summary

On arrival at Castleshaw Centre, you'll receive a warm welcome from our team and have the opportunity to use the toilet facilities before getting changed for your adventure. We'll then provide all the specialist equipment you'll need, including a buoyancy aid, helmet and, if required, a wetsuit. Please bring a pair of trainers or water shoes that can be worn in the water, along with clothing you don't mind getting very wet. Swimwear and lightweight sports clothing are ideal. You are welcome to leave your car and personal belongings safely at the centre while you're out on the water, collecting them when you return. We'll provide minibus transport to and from our local paddleboarding venue, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience. Once on the water, you'll take part in a fun and professionally coached paddle boarding session lasting approximately 1.5 hours – plenty of time to build your confidence, learn new skills and enjoy being outdoors.
