A summary

Be it blossoming friendship, coming out, Pride, or something else unique to your experience(s), LGBTQ+ stories can humour, chime with and even change, audiences. In this class, we build confidence, trust and a sense of communitas, through creative play and devising scenes through your lived experiences and narratives. We go deeper into historical Queer narratives in this later session for 26yrs+. This session is ideal for older participants and we actively welcome our 'Queer Elders' to participate. There is an opportunity to capture work created, through interviews and film and share via our QueerAF festival legacy projects. Free light refreshments are provided as well as free entry to IDENTITY, a student art exhibition.
