What we'll do
TIMETABLE SESSION 1 - 8:30-12:30pm 8:30-9:00 – Arrival, Ice breaker games and information available for parents and carers 9:00-10:00 – Indoor Sport 10:00-10:15 – Outside Breaktime (with snacks) 10:15-11:30 – Outdoor Sports 11:30-11:45 – Outside Breaktime 11:45-12:15 – Buffet Lunch 12:15-12:30 – Collection, Signposting and Icebreaker games for session transition. SESSION 2 - 12:30-4:30pm 12:30-13:00 - Arrival, Ice breaker games and information available for parents and carers 13:00-13:30 – Welcome Buffet Lunch 13:30-14:45 – Indoor Sports 14:45-15:00 – Outdoor Break 15:00-16:15 – Outdoor Sports 16:15-16:30 - Collection, Signposting Our sessions include core activities and sports, with more options depending on participant interests and equipment available. Children will have the ability to choose some sports and activities with others being whole group activities. Some of the sports and activities available will be: - Tennis - Indoor Archery - Dodgeball - Football - Netball - Basketball - Hockey Participants will be given plenty of time to have breaks and keep hydrated throughout the session.

We are using the fantastic school facilities at St Thomas Cantilupe Primary School, Hereford. There is limited parking around the school, so please be considerate of other road users during drop off and collection. This venues has both indoor and outdoor space.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.For paid bookings, a full refund will be issued if cancelled before 48hours of the session starting. After this time no refund will be awarded.
