Highly Sprung Performance
Delivering physical theatre for young people
Highly Sprung offers a completely new approach to performing arts classes for children and young people. Highly Sprung uses physical theatre practice to develop imagination, promote creativity and inspire enjoyment. Combining drama, speech and movement for a uniquely physical approach to theatre-making, Sprung takes participants on a creative journey, giving them the time and space to develop their own voice. Sprung is a safe environment for young people to play and explore; a place where imagination is celebrated and anything becomes possible.
What we'll do
Fun, warm -up games, drama games, physical theatre creative tasks, working as team. The workshop combines games, drama, movement, and physical theatre with a wide range of creative activities, giving participants the chance to explore their imagination, build confidence, and work collaboratively. It’s an active, playful environment where young people can express themselves, develop performance skills, and enjoy being creative together.
