A summary

At the start of our Spanish course we will begin with learning the basics which will have a focus on vocabulary. We are then going to build up into some simple conversations with a focus on meeting and greeting, restaurant settings and directions. Also each week we will learn something new about Mexican culture.

Al comienzo de nuestro curso de español, comenzaremos con el aprendizaje de los conceptos básicos que se centrarán en el vocabulario. Luego, vamos a desarrollar algunas conversaciones simples con un enfoque en reuniones y saludos, configuración de restaurantes y indicaciones. Además cada semana aprenderemos algo nuevo sobre la cultura mexicana.

Hello everyone, I am Miss Sutton one of the current year two teachers. I recently lived in Mexico for a year and a half and would love to teach your children the beautiful language that is Spanish. We will start with the basics and hopefully build up to some small conversations. Also I will be providing some cultural information about Mexico.

To be able to name numbers, colours, days of the week and months of the year in Spanish. To know the Spanish alphabet To know some varied food vocabulary in Spanish To develop an understanding of conversational Spanish To be able to have a simple conversation in Spanish
