The Soul Weavers

SoulCollage® facilitators Catherine Lee and Rebecca Sheikh bring a blend of creativity, compassion, and deep listening to their work. Together, they create safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can explore inner wisdom, heal through imagery, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Create your own SoulCollage® cards using imagery and intuition, exploring inner parts of self

Aim 2

Develop skills in listening to inner wisdom, using the “I Am One Who…” process to give voice to the images they create.

Aim 3

Deepen self-awareness and emotional insight by connecting with personal stories, subconscious symbols, and feelings that arise through the collage process.

Aim 4

Experience a sense of community and shared meaning, through optional group sharing circles rooted in compassionate witnessing and confidentiality.
