A summary
Our Teen HAF programme offers young people the opportunity to stay active, make new friends and enjoy a range of exciting activities throughout the summer. When you sign up, you'll receive a 6-week Gym and Swim Membership, giving you access to the gym and swimming pool during the programme.
As part of your membership, you'll also receive 16 free meal vouchers that can be redeemed at our partner cafés and food providers, helping you stay fuelled and ready for every activity. In addition to gym and swimming access, we've included a variety of extra activities such as family fun sessions, inflatable pool sessions and gym circuits, providing something for everyone to enjoy.
To encourage young people to take part with friends, each participant will also receive 16 Bring a Friend passes, which can be used for selected activities, swimming sessions or gym visits. The programme is designed to promote physical activity, healthy lifestyles, confidence, wellbeing and social connection in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

Teen HAF Pack Collection & Activity Booking Day
You can collect your Teen HAF welcome pack at any time from reception before the programme begins. However, on Saturday 11th July, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, we will have a dedicated member of staff available in reception to answer any questions you may have about the programme.
While all the information you need will be included in your pack, we know it's often helpful to speak to someone in person. Whether you'd like more information about your membership, help understanding your vouchers and passes, or advice on which activities to choose, our team will be happy to help. They will also be available to book you onto the additional Teen HAF activities, including family fun sessions, inflatable pool sessions and gym circuits.
We encourage participants and parents/carers to drop in, collect their pack, ask any questions and make the most of everything included in the programme.
