A summary
I will provide one-to-one singing lessons to students of all ages and abilities. I will help my students find their voices both through focus on good singing technique and expressive skills. I am happy to work towards whatever goal a student may bring, whether it be working towards a particular performance, an exam, or just singing for the sheer joy of it.

I am an opera singer and teacher from the north east of England new to the mid sussex area. I graduated in 2014 from King's College London with first class honours BMus, and currently study part time for my Masters in vocal performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. I have been teaching music on and off since I was a teenager. I have musically directed groups of children, taught general music in German Kindergartens during my time abroad, and been a private teacher. I am also a CELTA qualified ESL (English as a second language) teacher, with 3 years experience teaching English in groups and as a private tutor. I am patient, enthusiastic and experienced, and can employ pedagogically sound methods.
