What we'll do
Mini Mash-Up is the ultimate all-rounder for active children. Across the session, children will enjoy a mix of age appropriate indoor games, fun sports, engaging creative activities, group challenges and free flow play - perfect for building confidence, social skills and co-ordination. We may have a face painting activity on this day. If we do, your child will be asked if they would like to take part but please let us know if you would rather they did not. Sessions include a balanced hot meal, please bring a refillable water bottle

Together we Shine!
Shine Holiday Clubs provide high‑quality, fully supervised sport, creative and enrichment activities for children during the school holidays. Our programmes are designed to be inclusive, engaging and supportive of children’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing. All staff members are DBS‑checked, trained in Paediatric First Aid and have completed Safeguarding Training. For specialist activities, many of the coaches have nationally recognised coaching qualifications that help them to run high quality and engaging sessions.

Location: Kingswood Active Lifestyle Centre, Church Road, Staple Hill, BS16 4RH To add extended hours, please visit the MyShine.co.uk website, whereby you will be able to add: HAF Late Pick Up until 5:55pm - Add on Late Pick Up. This will generally be a quieter time for children after their long holiday club day and a snack will be provided after 4:45pm. £8.50 Please note: - Children must be in school. - Children must be in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals. - Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide 1:1 support at our programmes
Essential Kit
Water bottle - We are happy to refill bottles with water. Please note Shine endeavours to be a nut free organisation and request no products containing nuts or traces of nuts are brought in their snacks. This includes Nutella, Pesto, Kinder Bueno and anything else containing nuts. We reserve the right to call you and ask to bring alternatives. Clothing that is appropriate for the chosen activity and the weather. Sun cream must be applied before the session if necessary. Jewellery: Children are not permitted to wear any jewellery to holiday club; if ear studs cannot be removed, they must be securely covered for the duration of the session.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.- Children must be in school. - Children must be in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals. - Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide 1:1 support at our programmes. Non FSM Children - If your child is not entitled to free school meals, you can ask a professional (GP, teacher, SENCO, social worker, support worker) to refer you for a free HAF place. They must email HAF@southglos.gov.uk with your child’s full name and date of birth. Once the referral has been sent you can book a place online. Please note, places are limited and not guaranteed.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
