A summary

SEND Activity Club is coming to the summer holidays offering respite midweek.

The activity club offers fun, inclusive sessions with arts & crafts, movement, sports, free play, and access to our sensory room. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment for every child, with lunch provided.

When: 5th,12th, 17th and 28th August
Times: 10:00am–13:30pm

Who it’s for:
• Children with SEND (Levels 1–4* – subject to staff availability trained in personal care)
• Neurodiverse children (ADHD, Autism, etc.)

PAL will work with parents to ensure we can support your child and your family as best as we can. All staff are DBS-checked, First Aid trained, and experienced in SEN support.

Parents may wait downstairs (coffee machine available). A nearby coffee shop is also close to Worcester City Centre.

What a session could look like

A mix of structured and non-structured activities using the sensory room, activity space, and soft play area.

Immersive and interactive MSE room designed to stimulate various senses and provide a calming space for children to relax and engage.

Sensory spaces are designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of all users, creating environments that are both stimulating and calming, as needed.

This club is intended to give parents/carers respite.

FAQ

Lunch can be provided, however if you would prefer to bring a packed lunch then we can accommodate this! Just let us know which option you would prefer. If you are looking at bringing a packed lunch we ask for no nuts please! And please bring along a water bottle.

dress your child in clothes that you dont mind getting messy! Please can you pack a spare pair of clothes if your child gets wet/mucky during our messy play
