At our Health and Beauty sessions, young people with SEND will take part in a range of creative and wellbeing-focused activities designed to promote self-confidence, self-care and positive wellbeing. Working alongside our experienced staff, participants will explore topics such as skincare, nail art, hair styling, relaxation techniques and healthy lifestyle choices through fun, accessible and age-appropriate workshops. Activities will be adapted to meet individual needs, providing opportunities to socialise, express creativity and develop confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.
