A summary
APTCOO in Bassetlaw operates through our SEND (Special Needs and/or Disabilities) Family Hub at Tall Trees in Retford. We provide a range of high quality, specialist support services to families of children and young people with SEND. Our activities are designed to encourage engagement and participation, bringing people together to support each other, making friends, socialising, reducing isolation and loneliness. Our facilities are fit for purpose offering equal opportunity for positive play, educational, social and emotional development for parents, children, young people and their extended family. Activities will include outdoor games, sensory play and baking and making. All families MUST be referred into services prior to accessing any groups, sessions and activities.
