A summary

School’s Out Activities deliver premium school holiday activities to children aged 4–16 years throughout the academic year. We have 4 courses to choose from so there is something to suit everyone! We are accepting children with SEND needs providing they can integrate and cope with a mainstream environment. You will need to contact our designated SENCO leader on 07718246640.‬. We are Ofsted registered with staff possessing paediatric first aid certificates, keeping children safe in the event of accidents. We follow the safer recruitment policy therefore all coaches are enhanced DBS registered and have had full safeguarding training in preparation for camp. Our Courses: Early Explorers (4-6yrs) - Designed to aid in the development of children in their Early Years of learning, we have a different theme each week. From “Pirates Ahoy” to “Soar into Space” we base our arts & crafts, cooking, music and performances around the theme. Activities - Cooking, Craft, Swimming, Inflatable Fun, Building Bricks, Small World, Den Building, Dress Up, Parachute Games and much more. Adrenaline Adventure (7-12yrs) - Looking for an action-filled week packed full of exciting, high-energy activities? Boys and girls compete in team sports and try outdoor activities you wouldn’t get to do at school. Activities - Football, Uni Hoc, Roller Racers, Mario Kart Arcade, Kin Ball, Nerf Wars, Inflatable Fun, Archery, Badminton, Tennis, Swimming, Ultimate Frisbee, Capture the Flag and much more. Creative Crew (7-12yrs) - A course for girls & boys wanting to indulge in their creative side. Learn the latest dance moves to chart-topping songs and perform on stage alongside your friends. Make new friends with like-minded children, feel relaxed in a comfortable environment to let your creative talents flourish. Activities - Tie Dye T-Shirts, Textiles, Sand Art, Poster Making, Show Invites, Just Dance, Archery, Inflatable Fun, Board Games, VR Mario Kart, Ceramic Art and much more. Next Generation (13-16yrs) - Once children mature into teenagers, their wants and confidences change in life. That is why we have designed this day camp to help develop a child’s confidence, self-esteem and provide them valuable work experience that can benefit them in all walks of life. Become part of a team of like-minded students, a team that is given more responsibility at camp, and learn what it takes to become a Leader on one of our day camps. Learning aims

Aim 1

Early Explorers (4-6yrs) - To be able to make friends, to be creative, to improve our fine motor skills, to develop our gross motor skills, to develop our emotional and social development, to laugh out loud with our peers and to have an amazing time.

Aim 2

Creative Crew (7-12yrs) - to develop an artistic flare, to smile and laugh with our friends, to gain confidence, to learn to dance, to develop baking skills, to enjoy being creative, to develop persistence during challenges and to perform in front of a small crowd.

Aim 3

Adrenaline Adventure (7-12yrs) - to try out new sports, to make friends, to develop new ball skills, to be confident when swimming, to laugh and be kind to others, to work in a team and to be develop persistence with challenges.

Aim 4

Next Generation (13-16yrs) - to learn to lead children with a small group activity, to develop leadership skills, to improve confidence, to be mentored by a childcare professional, to laugh with other and to have fun!
