A summary
✨ Multi-Sport Holiday Clubs with Sports Coaching Group ✨ In partnership with the Cheshire East Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) We’re proud to offer free, action-packed multi-sport holiday clubs for eligible children aged 5 (Reception) to 13 (Year 8) during February Half Term. We want to make the holidays active, healthy, and fun! What’s Included: • A wide range of fun and inclusive sports activities. E.g Football, Cricket, Dodgeball, Athletics and Basketball to name just a few • Healthy snacks, water, and a hot lunch provided daily • A safe, supportive, and energetic environment for all children Camp Hours: • Main Camp (Free): 8:45am – 3:15pm • Optional Early Drop-Off: 8:00am – 8:45am • Optional Late Pick-Up: 3:15pm - 5:00pm While we are inclusive and committed to supporting eligible families with children who have additional needs, we are a non-specialist HAF provider. This means we will need to speak with you to understand your child’s individual needs and ensure our provision is a suitable and safe environment where they can be appropriately supported. During term time we coach Physical Education in over 50 primary schools around Cheshire and Staffordshire, each school we work in is different and we pride ourselves in creating a bespoke service for each one, whether that be offering Change4life clubs, Sports Days, PPA cover, CPD lessons, breakfast, lunch or after school clubs. During school holidays our Multi-sports and Sport specific holiday clubs have been very popular since August 2010. We pride ourselves on offering children new experiences and opportunities within sports away from school time.

As coaches, we pride ourselves on offering children new experiences and opportunities in and outside sports outside of school hours.
What to bring
- Suitable Clothing - Footwear such as trainers - Waterproof Coat - you can never predict the English weather! - A SMILE ! Water, snacks and a hot lunch are provided as part of the HAF scheme.

When you arrive
This club will take place at Pear Tree Primary (CW5 7GZ) Parking facilities are located at the front of the school. Our friendly team of coaches will be on hand to direct you to the sign-in desk in the hall which can be found just through the hall doors. Please note that a parent/guardian will need to sign children in and out (unless pre-agreed). Upon check-in your child will be able to pick their lunch option with your guidance. We always offer two hot options; meat and vegetarian. There is also the option of a cheese or ham sandwich.

Cancellation Policy
- Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else. - For any paid slots a notice period of 1 week before the start of the booking is required to receive a full refund.
