Our Saturday Social Girls Club will be the ultimate mix of creativity, confidence-building and high-energy fun.
9.30am - Self-Defence Training. Delivered by a Natalia, a 3rd Dan Black Belt, this session will teach awareness, confidence, and physical techniques to help young women feel safer in public spaces.
11am - You will collectively decide what you want to do in the sessions facilitated by Celia from The Lerato Project, taking part in meaningful discussions, exploring topics such as:
Women and girls’ safety and public space, mental health and emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships and identity, body image, and self-worth.
